We will kick off the project with an initial over-the-phone consultation to determine your design needs. This phone call typically leads to our in-home consultation, where you will be joined by a Project Manager and one of our skilled contractors. Here we can get a better idea of your space, your vision, and the possibilities. After this meeting, we will provide you with a clear scope of work and a rough estimate of the project cost.
Once you receive your estimate, you may want to add, replace, or remove some line items dependent on the price or your needs. Once we agree on the final scope of work, we can create a quote that will give you a better idea of how much the project will cost. Please keep in mind that the cost is not final and will be dependent on the materials you select in the design phase.
During the design phase, we will present you with a selection of materials for your project. This selection includes cabinet colors, countertops, flooring (hardwood, tile, vinyl, or carpet), and more, dependent on your project needs. The material cost will be included in your quote. However, if you already have other materials in mind, please be aware that it may alter the project’s cost. One of our representatives will work with you to price materials and finalize your choices.
Now that we’ve chosen our materials and have a clear scope of work, it is time to solidify our partnership. We will go under contract and collect an initial deposit. Within the contract, we will outline an estimated timeline, the final cost of the project, and the terms of our agreement.
Now that we have an agreement, we will handle ordering materials, obtaining permits, any architectural needs and will provide you with a schedule. Our representatives will keep you in the loop and update you on the process of the project. We aim to have open and transparent communication during this phase as we dispatch our crew to bring your vision to life.
Once the project is complete, we will handle all necessary inspections and ensure you are satisfied with the end results!
